YepIts.ai is a web application that generates AI-powered summaries of YouTube videos. Users paste a YouTube URL and receive a summary, key takeaways, and timestamps. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized account access.
Free tier: 3 summaries per day, videos up to 10 minutes in length. No credit card required.
Pro tier ($7/month): Unlimited summaries, any video length. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime.

Summaries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any summary. Summaries are provided "as is" for informational purposes. You should not rely on summaries for critical decisions without verifying the original source.
YepIts.ai fetches publicly available transcripts from YouTube videos. We do not host, store, or reproduce video content. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Summarized content remains the property of its respective copyright holders. If you believe your content is being used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected].
We offer refunds within 7 days of a Pro subscription payment if you have not used more than 10 summaries in that billing period. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that summaries will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YepIts.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia/European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
